This piece was inspired by the fantasy art of the 1970s found everywhere from progressive rock albums to the Athena posters in teenager's bedrooms. I recalled the spiceworms in science fiction film Dune and many moments from the Star Wars trilogy where strange alien beasts were handled for transport.
